Golf View Hotel Cancellation Policy

Payment of room charges constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Cancellation Policy. This policy provides clear terms regarding refund eligibility should a guest’s travel plans change.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to golfviewhotelmandeville@gmail.com Refunds are available under the following conditions:

1. Cancellations Received 48 Hours or More Before Check-In: Full refund of all charges paid.

2. Cancellations Received Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Check-In: 50% refund of the total charges for the first two nights.

3. Cancellations Received Less Than 24 Hours Before Check-In: All charges for the first two nights are non-refundable.

If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior written notice, the reservation will be considered a “No-Show,” and all charges for the first two nights will be forfeited. The remaining reservation will be automatically canceled unless otherwise arranged.

1. Modifications to Reservation Dates or Duration: Guests wishing to modify their reservation (e.g., change dates or reduce the number of nights) must submit a written request no less than 24 hours before the original arrival date. All requests are subject to availability. If no alternative accommodations are available, a credit note will be issued.

2. Early Departures and Unused Nights: Guests are responsible for payment of all reserved nights. Early checkouts are non-refundable, and no credit notes will be issued for unused nights.

Guests who book through third-party agencies or platforms (e.g., online travel agencies) must contact the respective third party for refunds, as their booking terms and conditions may differ from those of Golf View Hotel.

1. Credit Validity and Usage: Any credit notes issued are valid for one year from the date of cancellation and are applicable solely toward future room reservations at Golf View Hotel. Credits do not apply to ancillary hotel services.

2. Transferability of Credits: Credits may be transferred to another party upon written authorization from the original guest, subject to hotel approval and notification.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the hotel’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics), Golf View Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations.
